This inventory is an instrument for the knowledge, awareness and protection of intangible assets at local, national and international level. The intangible cultural heritage of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, on the basis of the indications in the Convention for the protection of intangible cultural heritage, is organized into five categories of exploration of the assets surveyed through extensive research and documentation in the territory:
Each asset is illustrated by bringing different narrative styles together starting from the stories of direct witnesses and from the ethnographic context, providing related images and sounds recorded in the field or coming from public and private archives.
