This initiative was set up in 2013 in the village of ceramics and inspired by an idea of the Castelli ceramic artist Nino Di Simone in order to celebrate the figurative, cinematographic, literary, musical and gastronomic arts and, of course, the ancient and renowned Castelli pottery. During the week of events there are exhibitions, book presentations, artistic and literary talks, and concerts in the most evocative places of the village, one of the acknowledged capitals of ceramics.

It is a unique festival of its kind on the national scene, which also celebrates twinning between Italian centres known for artistic craftsmanship in the field of ceramic production, the rediscovery of the treasures of the local tradition and the natural beauties of the area.
